On Monday, the 28th of April, Aaron made his debut at Carnegie Hall. He was there to attend the New York Pops 31st Birthday Gala at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in NYC. Matthew Morrison, who also played the role of Link Larkin in Hairspray, was there as well. Along with other cast members like Marissa Jaret Winkour, Laura Bell Bundy and Kerry Butler. Kerry also joined Aaron the the musical Catch Me If You Can in 2011. 

Aaron performed the song ‘Goodbye’ which is also from Catch Me If You Can. He also performed with the original Broadway cast of Hairspray, with the song ‘You Can’t Stop The Beat.’
