Is Mike Warren Alive?

Just till 25th of June till we find out if Mike Warren is going to be alive or not. But do we really have to wait till the season premiere or do we actually already know he is alive? First of all, Aaron Tveit had to leave the London musical Assassins earlier due to the changed filming schedule of Graceland. Although, it took a while before he returned back to Miami, but he did. He also appeared in the new summer promo of USA Netwok and he appeared on the  NBC Universal Summer Press Day, where he also revealed in an interview Mike is "involved in the first episode in some capacity", and NBC Cable Entertainment Upfront.  Why would someone be in a promo or go to an event like that whilst he would die after one episode anyways?

Also, there have been pictures shared on social media by his co-stars and crew from Graceland.
It also is known that they have been shooting till at least episode 3 by now, which Mike all is involved in, as we can see by the pictures and the information the cast and crew shared.
